Mutaru Mumuni
Executive Director
Mutaru Mumuni Muqthar is the Founder and Executive Director of WACCE. He was influenced and inspired by his own family’s story as victims of conflict and radicalization to work in security.
Philemon Agyapong
Finance & Administrations Officer
Philemon Agyapong is a Finance Officer at WACCE. With extensive experience in business operations, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Ghana.
Dr. Sadiq Adu-Twum
Senior Research Fellow
Dr. Sadiq Adu-Twum is a Senior Fellow at WACCE. He is the Founder and Director of the Centre for Media, Security and Governance Development (CEMSDEG) and a Lecturer at Pentecost University.
Priscilla Joppa
Programs Officer
Priscilla Mawusi Joppa is a Programs Officer at WACCE. A gender equality advocate, she previously worked at KAIPTC. She holds a degree from the University of Ghana in Political Science and Information Studies.
Efraim Vermeulen
Research Associate Intern
Efraim Emanuel Vermeulen is a Research Associate Intern from the Netherlands. At WACCE, he conducts research on peace and security issues in West Africa. He holds a MSc in Conflict Resolution and Governance.

Enoch Agombire Aya-Ane is a Programs Officer with a Bachelor’s in Management Studies (BMS) from the University of Cape Coast and an MSc in Development Finance from the University of Ghana.
